Chocolate Covered Sugar Plums

Quick and tasty chocolate covered sugar plums are the perfect ending to meals and satisfy any sweet tooth!

Ingredients
24 Sunsweet® pitted prunes
1 1/2 cups chopped toasted sliced almonds
Chopped roasted peanuts, toasted flaked coconut or candy decors
1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or wax paper; set aside. Place almonds on large plate; set aside. Melt chocolate in small heatproof bowl, set over simmering water, stirring occasionally (chocolate should be fluid and barely warm). Using fork, dip each Sunsweet® pitted prune into chocolate; drain excess. Roll in toppings, as desired. Place on prepared baking sheet; refrigerate until set. When chocolate has hardened, store, covered, in cool place, away from direct sun or heat.
