Any Time of Day Parfait

This versatile, quick-and-easy snack is a great snack item with your favorite yogurt flavors and canned fruits. Stick to nonfat yogurt and fruit canned in its own juice for lower fat and calories.

Serves 4

2 cups drained canned sliced peaches
1 cup (about 6 ounces) coarsely chopped Sunsweet® dried plums
16 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 cups lowfat granola

Into each of four wide stemmed glasses, layer peaches, dried plums, yogurt and granola; repeat layers.
